Elizabeth is an accomplished healthcare administrator with experience leading high-performing teams in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Elizabeth’s work is driven by a deep passion for creating safe, compassionate, and person-centered environments for residents. She believes that strong leadership, combined with a culture of empathy and accountability, can transform care delivery and positively impact both residents and staff. Her goal is to continuously elevate standards of care while mentoring the next generation of healthcare leaders.
Her professional journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, followed by a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, and progressive leadership roles in long-term care settings. Along the way, she has consistently championed initiatives that balance operational efficiency with resident well-being.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children, embracing family adventures and the restorative power of nature.
I think Harmony is a great place to be when you need skilled nursing or any other kind of nursing. They are very helpful very nice and friendly. I had no problems with the staff or getting transportation to my doctor's office appointments. The girls in physical therapy are awesome.— Karla R.
