Short-Term Rehabilitation

A comprehensive and therapeutic approach to post-hospital rehabilitation, our short-term rehabilitation provides specialized physical, occupational, and speech therapy to recover from surgery or illness, enhancing mobility, function, and independence in a supportive, medically supervised environment.

Wound Care

Our wound care employs an innovative, interdisciplinary method, utilizing advanced treatments like E-Stim, ultrasound, and negative pressure therapies for effective chronic wound management. Our certified wound care nurses provide on-site consultations and care, ensuring a comprehensive and specialized approach to wound healing.

Orthopedic Rehabilitation

We provide highly customized care after hospitalization for hip or knee replacement, spine, or other orthopedic surgeries. Therapists work closely with guests and their physicians to create an individualized physical and occupational rehabilitation plan to meet your needs with the convenience of on-site clinical equipment and services.

My advice for anyone looking for a nursing home, Harmony Cedar Rapids is a great facility. The therapies are helpful, the nurses are wonderful and I enjoy attending the activities. My stay here has been absolutely excellent.

Harmony Cedar Rapids exceeded my expectations of what Nursing homes are supposed to be like. It was clean and well taken care of. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my medical and physical needs were taken care of. The therapists were great at assisting me with my recovery and answering questions. The nurse's were untiring in their care for me and were always uplifting in their attitudes. Even the kitchen staff did a wonderful job of preparing tasteful meals. If I ever need the services of a Nursing Facility, Harmony Cedar Rapids will be my first choice.

This is one of the better nursing rehab centers in my opinion. The staff is amazing, PT and OT, is by far one of the best. And when it comes to being a clean center I would give it five stars.And the activities at the home gives you something to keep you busy. Or live music to just set back and relax to. I recommend Harmony to any family member or anyone considering go to a nursing home.
