The staff and residents are great. I have made some friends here. I really enjoy my friendship with my roommate. The therapy team is GREAT!!! I came here for physical therapy and occupational therapy and after 10 days I get to go home cause the therapy team has helped me improve so much. Harmony Waterloo is a very clean and friendly facility. Nurses that have been taking care of me are very caring. Therapy team has helped me a lot and they definitely pushed me to my limit. The beds here at Harmony Waterloo fit me so well. When I asked to make it wider/longer they did for me without hesitation. I love how I can run the bed with a remote and the beds are comfy. The therapy team is great, especially Walker he is great. I have improved so much since being here at Harmony Waterloo.
