Stephanie R.
Administrator
Stephanie brings more than 34 years of experience in long-term care to her role as Administrator. She began her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant before earning her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential. Guided by exceptional mentors throughout her career, Stephanie went on to become an Assisted Living Administrator in 2004 and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in 2015. Her hands-on clinical background and years of leadership allow her to relate to her team while fostering a collaborative, resident-centered culture.
Throughout her career, Stephanie has remained committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining regulatory excellence and building strong interdisciplinary teams. She believes every resident deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness, and she is passionate about creating an environment where residents feel at home and team members feel supported. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys singing, especially karaoke, and believes music has a way of making every day a little brighter.
I just recently finished a 5 week stay at Harmony for therapy following a very long hospital experience. What a fabulous place to be if you need skilled nursing care. Food was very good and always hot. Nurses, therapists, nurse aids and all of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The therapists were all very knowledgeable, attractive and motivating.— A.
